Emily H. Rudman began her career in the beauty industry as a self-taught makeup artist, having drawn from her personal experience as a multimedia artist in graphite, charcoal and watercolor. She would go on to attend the premier makeup and special effects school MUD (Makeup Designory) in her hometown of New York City. She would then go on to work as a Makeup Artist for MAC Cosmetics as well as a product developer for Avon Products Inc. and Bobbi Brown. She would also spend time on the sales side at Brigeo as well as a high-end consumer tech company working with clients such as Chanel Jewelry, Tiffany & Co, Cartier, Montblanc, David Yurman, Chloe and more.

She successfully launched her own beauty brand Emilie Heathe in 2017 selling at prestigious doors such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks 5th Avenue, Violet Grey and more. After successfully growing the company 3x revenue year over year and creating first-to-market innovative products she is now using her experience to help others who are building their brands. Her longtime dream is to create a luxury brand incubator and venture fund focused on with a focus on sustainability and charitable giveback. She is a longtime supporter of the GLAM4GOOD foundation.
